How long after my purchase will my order be shipped?
Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days at the latest after we receive the confirmation information of your shopping. For Turkey, after the product is delivered, the cargo company will deliver your order within 1-3 days depending on the distance of the delivery address. This time may vary for international shipments.
For special orders, this time may vary depending on the product you purchase. In case of a mishap or unusual circumstances caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. For this reason, it is important that your membership information is complete and correct.
Which cargo company will my order be sent with?
Among the cargo companies we have contracted with, it will be sent with the cargo company you will choose while creating your order or the cargo company deemed appropriate by the seller.
What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?
Damaged cargoes should not be received and a report should be made to the Cargo authority. If the official is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to have the cargo opened there to check that the products are delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined by a report. After the cargo is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the transportation company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the cargo is not accepted and a report is made, the situation should be reported to info@ysy-akrobat.com as soon as possible with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer. Our Customer Service will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
